GENERAL TERMS

I reserve the right to decline any commission orders without any explanation.I also reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time. BUT I'LL KEEP THE DEPOSIT BECAUSE ITS MY LOST TIME COSTI retain the right to display the commission in our portfolio and social media but will delay the publication for a certain period of time if requested.I will not tolerate the use of our products and services for hate or discrimination. We will not accept any work from candidates whose intentions fall under these categories.MY work is not authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology or stable diffu- sion technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency aswell as the use in ge- nerative IA

THE COMMISSION

The current commission prices are for all commercial use but There may be some exceptions that need to be discussed before publishing.Commercial useUsage. Promotional use on social media and streaming platformS.Non-transferrable. The Client may not transfer or re-sell deliverables provided by me.Modifications. Extensive modifications performed by the client or an external party is prohibited unless We provide written permission.Non-exclusive. Deliverables are retained as my intellectual property.The artist still owns the copyright of the work, unless the client requests to purchase the copyright for commercial use, in which case a written contract must be made.You will only receive full resolution digital file/s of the commission. No physical item will be shippedThe project will progress through various stages before reaching completion, at some stages points of no return will be reached, The Client will be asked to confirm that no changes are to be made to prior work before continuing, if a major change is to be asked after it has been confirmed in a point of no return this change will be reviewed and billed.The commission will only be official and started after YOUR DEPOSIT are PAID. AND the upfront payment has been made OR YOUR FIRST MOUNT OF INSTALLMENT AND ITS MUST BE YOUR QUEUE

Your Obligations

  • The Client must remain communicative to ensure that progress can be continuously made till the deliverable date.

  • Should the Client provide a non-communicative stand within the duration of 7 days, the Project will be terminated with no refunds unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay.

  • The Client must take into consideration that We may not respond immediately. Please allow a response time of 1-2 working days.

  • The client must properly identify the relevant artist(s) as the creators of the commission (by crediting the artist(s) name(s) and social media handles in social media descrip- tions).

  • The client must be the copyright owner or an eligible copyright license user of the source artwork(.PSD) provided by the client or by the original artist(s).

  • By requesting a service from us, the client on behalf of themselves and the artist(s), gives consent to the modification of the source artwork(.PSD) as WE see fit to complete the commission.

Payments, Refunds, Chargebacks

・ payment only via BUYMEACOOFFEE or THAIBANK. tips are appreciated but not necessary if you can't afford it.・YOU CAN CHOOSE A PAYMENT UPFRONT OR FIFTY-FIFTY PAYMENT OR Monthly Installment BUT YOU SHOULD PAY OFF WITHIN 3 MOUNT a payment plan may be negotiable but i cannot promise i’ll allow it.・ i will only start on the commission once YOUR DEPOSIT are PAID. AND ITS MUST BE YOUR QUEUE・any additional charges (i.e rush fees, edits, added assets, etc) will be respected by all parties involved.・If the client is in the form of a company or organization an additional commercial fee must be paid.
